ShiroMatcha has slightly bitter taste. We use first and second flush of tea leaf for this powder.
HOJICHA
ShiroHojicha is made by roasting the high quality green tea which is removed stems and dust carefully. They're lightly roasted for you to enjoy a surprisingly strong aroma of Hojicha.
GENMAICHA
It is blended premium first flush Matcha which is the highest grade into this Genmaicha Powder.
JAPANESE BLACK TEA
It's unique flavor, which is only found in Japanese black tea has been attracting people inside and outside Japan. This powder is used to be an ingredient for making ice cream, drinks, and baked confectioneries.

Q. What is the difference between the types?
We offer four types of tea leaves: matcha, hojicha, genmaicha, and Japanese black tea.
Q. What are the appropriate storage conditions?
Please store at normal temperature.
Q. What is the best before?
12 months after production.Please check the information on the back of the product.
Q. Can I sample it at the store?
We also use Shiro Matcha in our drinks, gelato, and warabi mochi.
