We opened “Shiro Gelato & Onigiri” to share the charm of Japan in Australia. Our gelato and onigiri, made with authentic Japanese ingredients, rapidly gained popularity in Australia. In 2024, we expanded with a new store in Brisbane. The same year, we launched “Shiro DRIVE-IN” in our hometown of Fujinomiya, Japan. This drive-in café, located at the foot of Mount Fuji, offers easy access to enjoy local flavors and ingredients.
